Susannah is passionate about helping people feel their best through compassionate, client-centered care. As a Registered Massage Therapist she takes a nervous-system-informed approach to massage. Through slow, sustained pressure, and a calming treatment environment, she support clients in shifting out of fight-or-flight mode and into rest-and-digest by listening to the body’s responses to pressure, and using communication with her patients to connect their minds to their bodies.
Her treatment techniques include, but are not limited to neuromuscular techniques, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization’s, stretching, post-isometric-relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing. Susannah is also passionate about patient education on how patients can take control of their own healing journey, and restore balance to their bodies through home-care.
